Returns & Refund Policy

We do hope that you are happy with your purchase from Arundel Gin, however, we understand that on occasion you may feel it necessary to return an item because it is faulty or simply because you change your mind.

We aim to make the return process as simple as possible.

Non-Damaged Goods

Goods must be returned unopened, sealed and in the original packaging. Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase.

 

Liability for loss or damage during transit of goods being returned is the responsibility of the purchaser. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods. Returns refunds will be made within 30 days of item receipt.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you have taken delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and contact us within 2 days of receipt via the contact page on our website or via hello@arundel-gin.com.

Please ensure that you send us photos of the damage that has occurred.

We will refund you using the method of payment used to make the purchase.

Goods must be returned unopened, sealed and in the original packaging. We can only refund delivery charges or accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or damaged or were supplied in error. You must use Royal Mail 2nd class signed for-delivery service when returning.
